Unless you’ve been sleeping under a rock, you haven’t heard that Will Smith punched Chris Rock for telling a color joke about Jada Pinkett-Smith on the final night of the Oscars. Smith won the Oscar for his role in ‘King Richard’ and apparently Rock isn’t pressing charges, but it’s unclear if Will will be forced to move to Bel Air to live with his wealthy parents.

A new study has found that your co-workers might want to know your opinion of the ILLNESS they do at work. . . as long as it is “constructive” criticism. He revealed that most people are more receptive to feedback than you might think. But we usually don’t say anything, because we don’t like confrontation and don’t want to sound rude.

Rather than getting slapped by Brian like Will Smith did to Chris Rock, I’ll just say… Great job today Brian!

The preseason HBO reality show hard knocks will primarily feature the Pettroit Lions next fall. I wonder if Baker Mayfield could be the starting quarterback there by then.

Cole Custer at “Circuit of the America’s”, the 6th race of the season saw Ross Chastain take the checkered flag for his 1st career victory in the Nascar Cup. Cole started in 3rd place but finished a disappointing 23rd.

The new trend in gyms is . . . making sure you are relaxed and NOT sweating. A new report has revealed that gyms are offering more MELLOW workout classes as the pandemic subsides.

They are seeing more and more demand for gentle workouts. . . things like guided meditation and easy yoga. And more and more gyms are also adding dedicated “recovery” rooms, with things like lounge chairs and personal massagers.
