“My parents were never thrilled with my passion and love for bodybuilding and I never had any support,” Andrzej said.

“They said it was a stupid dream. I was already benefiting from the sport, but that didn’t change their minds.

“I moved to the UK three years ago to pursue my dream and career as a bodybuilder and we [my parents and I] hasn’t spoken for years.

Andrzej works especially hard on his shoulders and competes in bodybuilding competitions to show off his progress.

“After my first two or three months of training, I realized my shoulders were growing much faster than most,” he said.

“They’re also one of the most important body parts to get that V-taper illusion.”

Andrzej weighs around 185 pounds and says shopping for clothes is a “nightmare,” with his 46-inch chest and 29-inch waist.

Andrzej Tomalski can weigh 407 pounds, which is more than the weight of an adult male lion.

“People often ask me to lift heavy things like furniture for them, especially when someone is moving house,” he said.

Andrzej trains in the gym five days a week and does cardio every day, which is about 12.5 hours of training per week.

He also had to make many adjustments to what he eats.

“My diet is the biggest change,” he said.

“No sweets, no sugar, no unhealthy foods or drinks or alcohol.

“I eat seven meals a day – mostly rice, chicken, fish, all of the best quality possible. Basically every day I have the same food and the same meals.

“There are no secrets or mysteries. It’s constant, very hard daily work and regimen. There are no shortcuts, just pure hard work and dedication.

Andrzej gets a lot of attention for his pumped up muscles, romance and the like, but he says he doesn’t have time for a relationship.

“People are amazed at my muscles, usually asking me how I did,” he said.

“They encourage me and motivate me and I love that.

“However, the whole bodybuilding lifestyle is very specific and it’s very difficult for a relationship, especially during competition time – which means no restaurants, constant dieting, spending every day in the gym. “

However, he also attracts negative attention for his looks.

“I got a lot of hate, especially when I was in Poland or on social media,” Andrzej said.

“Usually they’re just jealous, saying it’s all fake and stupid and I’m not impressing anyone with my muscles.

“To be honest, hate is a huge motivation for me and a sign that I’m going in the right direction.”
